Full rate: 50,000 members, 60,000 non-members
Late entry: 20th March 2025 80,000
Assessment involves evaluating conformation to the breed standard, including dogs’ behaviour, health, temperament and overall well-being. An FCI all-breed international judge will conduct the CAU assessment. The importance of the assessment is to ensure a good breeding program for the breeder. All assessed dogs will get a free microchip and enter a CAU registry. Positively assessed dogs will be given a registration certificate after the show.
Specialty Shows 22nd March 2025

Full rate: 30,000 members, 40,000 non-members
Late entry: 20th March 2025 60,000
All dogs will be assessed and scored one by one, with a full description list. Upon individual scoring, all Very Good and Excellent will enter the ring for a defile. The judge will first choose seven dogs and then the top three dogs.
Belgian Malinois

These versatile and highly skilled breeds have been utilised in various roles due to their exceptional intelligence, agility, and trainability. They can be used as therapy, service, and personal protection dogs.
German Shepherd Dog
3pm - Ring 1
German Shepherds are renowned for their versatility, adaptability, and trainability, which make them valuable assets in various professional and personal settings. German Shepherds require proper training, socialisation, and care to thrive in their roles and to ensure they are well-behaved and balanced companions.
Rottweiler
3pm - Ring 2
The Rottweiler is a robust and powerful dog breed known for its strength, loyalty, and confidence. Originating from Germany, these dogs were historically used for herding livestock and pulling carts, but today they excel as working dogs, guard dogs, and devoted family companions. With a distinctive black coat and rust-colored markings, Rottweilers are intelligent, trainable, and protective, making them excellent guardians when properly socialized and trained.
Golden Retriever
5pm - Ring 1
Golden Retriever is known for their retrieving skills, friendly nature and versatility. They are known as great family companions because of their affectionate and loyal nature. They get along with children and other pets and form strong bonds with their owners.
Boerboel
5pm - Ring 2
The Boerboel is a large, muscular, and imposing dog breed originating from South Africa, where it was traditionally bred as a farm guardian and protector. Known for its strength, courage, and loyalty, the Boerboel has a confident and calm demeanor, making it an excellent family watchdog and companion. With a short, dense coat and a powerful build, this breed requires consistent training, socialization, and an experienced owner to thrive.
